Mountain guide titled, liability and accident insurance.

Important to bring

   - Sportswear appropriate for the weather conditions

   - Suitable footwear

   - Sun protection: sunscreen, sunglasses, hat/cap,...

   - Each participant must bring: at least 1.5L of water, food (sandwich, fruit, energy bar, etc.)

   - Optional trekking poles
